Frequently Asked
How much space do you need for a vendor setup?
Our standard setup requires a 10×10 ft footprint, which fits neatly within most vendor booth spaces. We can also work with larger or smaller configurations — just let us know your space dimensions when you book.
Do you provide your own power and equipment?
Yes. We bring all necessary equipment including our cotton candy machines, popcorn poppers, cart, and serving supplies. We do require access to a standard 110V power outlet for our machines.
Can you customize flavors and colors for our event theme?
Absolutely. We offer dozens of cotton candy and popcorn flavors that can be matched to your event's color palette or taste profile. Custom flavor requests should be submitted at least 5 business days in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 14+ days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable, though we will work with you to reschedule when possible.
